You can easily initiate a transfer right from the Piñata app.
1. Open the Piñata app and navigate to the Pay tab
Begin by opening the app and tapping the Pay tab at the bottom of the screen to access Piñata Pay.
2. Go to the Transfer and Deposit menu
The Piñata Pay interface will appear, offering three options: Overview, Transactions, and Transfer and Deposit. Tap the rightmost option, Transfer and Deposit, to continue.
3. Select "Send money"
From the menu that follows, choose "Send money" to initiate the transfer.
4. Choose the destination account
Select the account you’d like to transfer funds to. Please double-check that you've
selected the correct recipient account before moving forward.
5. Enter the transfer amount
Please transfer your entire available Piñata Pay balance and select Continue.
6. Review and confirm the details
Take a moment to review the payment information and add a description if needed. At the top of the screen, you'll see an arrow pointing toward the destination bank account—confirm once again that the correct account is selected.
7. Complete the transfer
Once everything is confirmed, tap "Complete payment" to finalize the transfer.
