What is Piñata's cancellation policy for the subscription membership?

Please note that Piñata offers a monthly subscription at $5 per month and this can be cancelled any time.

Note that Piñata does not currently offer a yearly membership plan, only monthly subscriptions are available. This limitation may impact your choice if considering alternative membership structures.

If you're on a paid subscription (e.g., $5/month) and wish to downgrade, Piñata allows users to switch to the free membership plan. To request this downgrade:

  1. Initiate the Request: Submit a request to downgrade your account to the free plan. You can typically do this through the account management section of Piñata’s platform or by contacting support.

  2. Process Completion: Once the downgrade request is processed, all future charges will stop, and your account will switch to the free plan. It is important to note that charges already processed are non-refundable, so consider this policy when initiating a downgrade request.

To make sure that you benefit from our credit building program to boost your credit score we recommend to renew your membership because if you cancel within 2 months, your credit score may be affected negatively. Piñata.ai does not accept refunds. If you wish to cancel the subscription, make sure to turn off auto-renew with Stripe or contact our support team. Check the article 'How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

For clarity, subscription fees already charged by Piñata are non-refundable. Future charges can be stopped by downgrading or canceling your subscription.
