If you are signed up for credit reporting (but not connected with your property management company), you can opt-out/cancel credit reporting two ways:
Open the app and navigate to the Credit tab. Then, select the 'Settings' button, proceeded by 'Manage linked accounts'. Finally, click 'Cancel Credit Engine' and confirm your selection.
You can also open the app, navigate to the 'More' tab, then select 'Manage services'. From there, select 'Credit Engine', click 'Unenroll', and then confirm your selection.
If you were signed up by your property management company to have your rent payments reported to the credit bureau(s), but would prefer to opt-out of this program, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be able to help you with next steps.
