Entering a giveaway is the same process as buying a reward! Simply choose the giveaway reward in the app that you're interested in, and you'll see details about this reward, including how many we're giving away and when the last day to buy a ticket is.

If you want a chance to win, just purchase that reward for 5 Piñata Points. This gives you a single entry into the give away.

With raffles, you can repeat this process as many times as you like to increase your number of entries and your odds of winning! For example, if you purchase this reward 3 times, you now are entered 3 times into the giveaway.

How winners are chosen and notified:

Once a giveaway closes, we randomly choose winners from all entries. Winners are then notified via email, so make sure that you have permissions enabled!

Winners have a set time frame to claim their reward within, which is specified in the email they receive. To claim the reward, you'll follow the instructions in the email. If a winner does not claim a reward in the time frame, we'll select a new winner to take their place.
