How do I setup an account if I have a VOIP or Google Voice phone number?

Due to security concerns, we currently do not allow an account to be created using a VOIP or Google Voice phone number.

If you are able to sign-up in the app with a friend or family member's phone that has it's service through one of the major carriers in the United States (T-mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.), then we can switch your account over to the VOIP or Google Voice number afterwards.

Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions or need assistance with transferring over your account information to a VOIP or Google Voice phone number.
