My account information is incorrect

1. If you notice your account information is incorrect while setting up your account, there are 2 easy fixes to make sure we have the correct information.

2. If you signed up for Piñata on your own and aren’t associated with a property management company in the app, you can find all of your account information under the 'More' tab at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. After you select the 'More' tab, tap 'My account' and you'll be able to update your account information directly, including your address.

3. If you rent from a property management company that provides Piñata as a benefit for renters, you won’t be able to directly update your address. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.
