What if I don't receive the e-mail verification for creating my account?

1. First, please make sure that you check your email inbox for an email from "Team Piñata" with the subject line: Verify your email for Piñata rent rewards!

2. If you did not receive an email from Piñata with the verification code, return to the screen in the app where you pressed "Let's Go!"

3. Underneath the "Let's Go!" button, you'll see text that says, "Re-send code, I didn't get it." Push on the text and you'll be sent another email with the verification code.

4. If you are still unable to receive the email after you do this additional step, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be able to assist you with getting your verification code.
