To pay rent through the AppFolio portal, you can log in to the Resident Portal and follow these steps:

Choose a payment method, such as eCheck, credit card, debit card, or Electronic Cash Payments

Select whether to pay the full amount or edit it

1. Go to the Home tab
2. Click Pay Now
3. Choose a payment method, such as eCheck, credit card, debit card, or Electronic Cash Payments
4. Select whether to pay the full amount or edit it
5. Review the payment date and balance
6. Click Make This Payment Now.<br>
