Access the RentCafe portal through your property management's website or directly at RentCafe.
Click on the Payments tab or section. If you haven’t added a payment method yet, go to Payment Accounts > Add A New Account. Enter your bank account or credit/debit card information.
From the home screen, select "Make a Payment. Select your preferred payment method. Enter the payment amount (if editable) or choose to pay the full balance.
Verify the payment details, including the amount and date. Confirm and submit your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.
To set up auto-pay, go to the Auto-pay Setup tab. Select your preferred payment method, choose the payment frequency and amount, set the start and end dates, and then confirm the setup.
