Access the RealPage Resident Portal through your property management's website.
Log in with your username and password.
Go to the Payments section of the portal. Add a new payment method (Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card). Enter the required payment information and save it.
Click on Make a Payment. Select the payment method you have set up. Choose the amount to pay (full balance or partial amount).
Review the payment details and transaction fees. Confirm and submit your payment. You should receive a confirmation email once the payment is successfully submitted.
Optional: set up automatic monthly rent payments through the online portal. Choose your preferred payment method and date.
