In-App Account Deletion

1. Access Account Settings: Open the Piñata app and navigate to the 'Account Settings' section.

2. Initiate Deletion: Select the 'Delete Account' option. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

Web-Based Account Deletion

1. Visit Our Website: Go to https://www.pinata.ai/renters/account/membership/my-membership.

2. Submit Request: Fill out the account deletion form available on the page. This option is available even if you have uninstalled the app.

Data Retention and Complete Deletion

- After initiating account deletion, certain data such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and encrypted SSN may be temporarily retained for legal and security purposes.
