At Piñata, we value your privacy and provide you with the ability to manage your account and data. If you wish to delete your Piñata account, please follow the steps below:
In-App Account Deletion
Open the Piñata app on your device.
Navigate to the More section located in the bottom menu.
Tap on Manage my membership.
Select the top bar with the Piñata icon.
On the new screen, scroll to the bottom and select Close your account.
You can close your account from the menu. - Tip: If a support chat popup appears and blocks your actions, close it by clicking the “x” in the top right corner before proceeding.
Web-Based Account Deletion
Visit the Piñata account management webpage.
Locate and select the option to Close Piñata account.
Data Retention and Complete Deletion
- After initiating account deletion, certain data such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and encrypted SSN may be temporarily retained for legal and security purposes.
